My interview process went wrong in a way that felt completely out of my control.

I was scheduled for an interview, but the interviewer never showed up. I reached out to the recruiter and the recruiting team with evidence that I had been present and ready.

Even with that, I was blamed for not showing up, and when I declined to reschedule given the circumstances, I felt like I was effectively shut out. After expressing my concerns, nothing seemed to be addressed and I was told I was effectively blacklisted.

So the “process” ended before it really started. I didn’t get any real interview feedback, just a mismatch between what happened on my side and how it was interpreted.
