After an online assessment and a recruiter call, I was scheduled into an onsite-style loop that ended up taking a while end to end—around three months from the assessment to the decision.

The structure felt consistent and deliberate, with the evaluation split across multiple interviewers.

Once I got to the onsite loop, the rounds ran in a single stretch, and I spoke to several people. I had a bar raiser round, a more DSA-heavy round, and then a low-level design round. Each interview was about an hour, and the topics were broad enough that the day didn’t feel repetitive—coding and problem solving in one slot, deeper design thinking in another. The bar raiser element in particular made it feel like leadership judgment mattered as much as technical performance.
