My loop was shorter and more focused than I expected: I went through three rounds where the first was system design and the other two were more managerial.

I only managed to clear one of the rounds, so by the end it felt like the process tightened quickly after the first technical assessment.

In the system design round, they asked me to design a streaming application along the lines of Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. The main challenge wasn’t only describing components; it was structuring the design as a coherent system that could handle the scale and flow of a streaming product. I remember getting stuck on balancing high-level architecture with enough detail to make the design believable.
