My process had an odd start: I first completed a home assignment, and then I moved into two back-to-back Zoom interviews.

Each interview lasted around 1 to 1.5 hours, and both combined a coding component with behavioral questions.

The coding portion felt very repo-and-testing driven. I was placed into an AI-enabled Java/Spring Boot environment where I had to debug inside the repository, and there were a lot of different test cases to contend with. The behavioral parts were interleaved with the technical work, so I had to keep switching gears while still trying to be methodical about the code.
