My interview process stretched out over a long span, and I felt that the structure was more about layering stages than jumping straight into a loop.

It started with an online assessment, then moved through a series of phone screens. After that, the process continued with more phone screens before a final HR or manager conversation.

The HR/manager stage felt like logistics and team-fit as much as anything else, including discussions around compensation and culture dynamics, plus the chance to ask questions about how the team worked. It wasn’t just “interviewing”—it felt like they were trying to confirm role fit end to end.

I didn’t get an offer, but the hardest part for me was the duration: this wasn’t something that concluded quickly.
