Austin, TXPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The recruiter told me the interview would cover SQL and behavioral topics, but the actual interview focused entirely on scenario-based behavioral questions.

I didn’t have a live SQL technical assessment at all, despite what I’d been led to expect.

After the interview, communication was poor. My recruiter didn’t respond to follow-up emails, and I eventually received an automated rejection notice a couple of days later.

It was hard to feel confident about the process because the mismatch between what was promised and what happened, plus the silence afterward, left me with more uncertainty than clarity. The end result was a rejection, and honestly the experience felt disorganized.
