Seattle, WAPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ended up with two interviews.

Both had a behavioral and technical component. The first interview was with an SDE at the company, and the second was with a hiring manager.

The hiring manager stood out because the vibe felt tense—there was a short temper throughout, and it made the whole interview feel more pressured than I expected.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly it affected how comfortable I was answering. Even if I had the technical material, the demeanor in the hiring-manager round made the experience feel harder than it needed to be.
