My hiring process described for SDE Intern was structured around a blend of coding ability, problem-solving, computer science fundamentals, and leadership-principle behavioral fit.

The overall flow was consistent: an OA stage, then rounds that covered leadership principles and core subjects, followed by DSA and additional leadership-principle evaluation.

In my timeline, the process could vary slightly depending on country and hiring season, but the key idea was the same—coding and fundamentals weren’t separated from behavioral expectations, and the leadership principles were part of the judging criteria across stages. There were both longer and shorter evaluation components, and each segment felt like it had a specific purpose.
