Seattle, WAPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was essentially three steps: an online assessment, then a coding + leadership-principle style round, and then another coding + leadership-principle round.

Both coding parts were medium LeetCode-style questions, and the leadership questions were aimed at previous experiences and how I’d used AI tools in my projects or coursework.

It felt like they were repeatedly testing the same two dimensions—technical problem solving and whether I could clearly explain my decisions through leadership framing. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the structure was consistent enough that I could tell exactly what they wanted from me.
