My process stretched longer than it would have under normal timing, mainly because of the holidays.

It started with screening and then moved into a mix of technical time and longer panel-style 1:1 discussions where I had multiple blocks of interviewing. I remember being able to split up the sessions, which helped logistics a bit, but the overall end-to-end timeline still took about two months.

In the technical sessions, the format felt like timed, high-pressure question answering rather than a smooth conversation. Some of the questioning felt disconnected from my resume and leaned on specific acronyms that didn’t help me feel like my background would map cleanly to what they were testing.
