Seattle, WAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The technical part never really got the chance to start for me, because the process around scheduling was a mess.

I was contacted only through email, and replies took anywhere from days to weeks. When I tried to line up interview times, I often didn’t get confirmation back and ended up being ghosted.

I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response, which turned the wait into an ordeal. Eventually, the uncertainty around scheduling became the main experience I had.

I didn’t receive an offer. What I remember most is how much effort went into chasing basic coordination instead of focusing on actual interviews.
