I went through an online assessment that included HackerRank LeetCode questions, behavioral questions, and a mock work scenario where I had to pick how I’d respond to different situations.

The process made the Leadership Principles connection obvious because a lot of the behavioral portion was basically testing how I’d act under realistic constraints.

After that, I moved into a three-round final interview loop. Those rounds were very technical overall, and half of it carried “LeetCode vibes” while the other half was behavioral, again leaning on Leadership Principles.
