Amazon Web Services Cloud Engineer interview experience

I received an email from the hiring team saying I was approved, so the process felt like it was essentially over. But the offer never arrived.

The gap between being marked as approved and not getting anything afterward was frustrating because I’d genuinely been excited at the prospect of joining. Instead, it turned into dead air.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection that stayed with me was how quickly momentum can disappear in recruiting—even when you’re told you’ve cleared the key step.
