My loop was made up of three rounds, and the technical parts felt very LeetCode-oriented.

I had two medium coding problems—one of them slightly easier than the other. We also talked about basic complexity analysis, including big-O time and space, which helped clarify what level they expected.

Besides the coding, we covered resume and behavioral Leadership Principles. I liked that the behavioral part wasn’t random; it connected directly to my background. I received an offer, and overall the difficulty matched the average label—they weren’t trying to trick me, but they still wanted clean solutions and coherent stories.
