Santa Clara, CAPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process had two steps: an online assessment and then an interview.

I had a recruiter who was helpful, but there was a significant wait between steps, so the timeline didn’t move as smoothly as I expected.

The final interview had both behavioral and technical components in a single session. The recruiter-guided pace and the format felt friendly, but the delay made it harder to maintain momentum between the assessment and the live discussion.

I received an offer. Reflecting on it, the content of the interview felt reasonable, but the longest part of the experience was the waiting itself.
