My interview process felt pretty smooth from start to finish.

The interviewer was helpful, and I got a lot of time to ask questions. I finished the main portion and follow-ups early, which meant we had time left to talk more directly about the role and the interviewer’s own experience.

Because of that back-and-forth, it didn’t feel like I was just being evaluated and cut loose. I received an offer, and the experience left me with a positive impression mainly because the conversation felt two-way instead of one-sided.
