I started with an online assessment, then moved into an online interview built from two 30-minute blocks.

The first half was behavioral using STAR and leadership principles. The second half was technical with a LeetCode Medium question, and my problem focused on heaps.

I felt comfortable moving through it, and I finished early on the technical part. That gave me about 10 extra minutes to ask questions about the role, which made the session feel more interactive than strictly procedural.

I received an offer. What I liked most was that the structure balanced behavioral and technical evaluation, and finishing early let me have a real conversation about where the team and role were headed.
