My interviews were much more focused on fundamentals and hands-on problem solving than the broader Amazon leadership storytelling I saw in other cycles.

I ended up doing two rounds where the core of the challenge was coding and data-structure style work, and at least one round felt like it had a tighter technical expectation.

In one of the conversations, I discussed projects while also going through DSA questions, and everything was done virtually with tasks on screen. In another round, the setup was very practical: I had back-to-back interviews where I needed to implement specific data-structure methods in a timed format, and then close with more personal questions about how I collaborate and handle challenges.
