I started with an HR screening that was straightforward and standard.

They gave me time to prepare, and I even got to choose the date and time for the interview. It was conducted remotely, and I spoke with a team lead who spent a meaningful amount of time explaining the company.

After that introduction, we moved into a discussion of my background, projects, and experience. The tone felt friendly and the interviewer took time to connect what I said to what the team was looking for. I ended up receiving an offer. Overall it was average difficulty, and the clarity of the conversation helped me feel comfortable throughout.
