Amazon Lab126 QA Engineer interview experience

The first was very standard HR style: resume background and general questions around who I was and what I’d done. The second shifted into something more technical, with coding questions that felt more like an assessment than a conversation.

It came across as an overall easy difficulty process, and I didn’t receive an offer. What I remember most was how cleanly the rounds split between general screening and then a more coding-focused evaluation.
