My process was straightforward and only took a few phases.

First, I had a short introductory phone conversation to check alignment with the project and my interest. After that, I joined a video call where I presented myself and then talked through the project details.

The last step was a technical interview. It wasn’t presented as something extreme or drawn out, and overall the structure made it feel manageable, like each round had a clear purpose. I ultimately didn’t move forward to an offer from what I experienced, but the interview journey itself felt coherent rather than chaotic.
