Amadeus Software Engineer interview experience

HR walked me through what the role actually involved and then we talked about my fit in a pretty holistic way—my background, the kind of projects or approaches I’d worked on, and how my technical and soft skills showed up in real scenarios.

It felt like a conversation meant to understand how I think and communicate, not a quiz. I didn’t have a separate technical deep dive described here, so the tone was mostly exploratory and focused on alignment.

Overall, it was a straightforward experience, and it gave me a clearer picture of what they were looking for beyond just coding ability.
