I started with an online interview that felt fairly easy, mostly focused on behavioral questions and getting a sense of who I was.

It leaned heavily into my background and how I handled different situations.

The second interview was where everything tightened up. Two people interviewed me, and they had me solve a sales problem during the interview rather than just talk through it. The switch from behavioral chat to live problem solving made it feel difficult, and I felt the pressure more in that moment.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer. I left thinking the first round was more about fit and comfort, but the second round was truly about execution and problem-solving under interview conditions.
