Altria Account Executive interview experience

The recruiter and interviewers didn’t stick to basic “tell me about yourself” stuff; instead, they wanted to understand what I would actually do. The feeling was that this was for people who could handle ambiguity and talk through decisions, not just present a polished story.

After that initial stage, the process leaned hard into sales-case thinking. I was asked case study questions that ranged from straightforward product-selling situations to promoting something within the context of their stores. The format felt intense because I had to move quickly from information to a concrete pitch.
