Oxford, MSPosted Feb 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a first, formal sit-down call, I went through a short stretch of interviews that quickly felt like a “sales fit” test.

The second round was a panel format, and I remember it being very dependent on the personalities in the room—I had to stay adaptable, be genuine, and keep my answers approachable and confident. Across the process, the message stayed consistent: I needed to show I could interact well with others, handle the conversation naturally, and bring some personality.

The last step was the part that grounded everything: a day in the field. I rode along with a territory sales manager and a unit manager, and the whole point was to see what the job looked like day to day, not just listen to explanations.
