Atlanta, GAPosted Sep 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process moved quickly through a video interview stage that involved recording my answers.

After that, I was invited to a panel interview, but most of what I experienced felt basic and recycled compared to the level of experience I had. I also had a case interview where the prep window was short and the task was essentially to read a case and sell a product within the limited time.

By the time I reached the case portion, it wasn’t the complexity that got to me—it was the mismatch between what they were asking and the level of depth I expected. I had a sales and training background, so doing what felt like a simplified sales exercise didn’t challenge me the way I thought it would.
