Springfield, MOPosted Jul 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a RoboInterview, where questions came through a virtual automated format.

The questions weren’t described as extremely difficult, but preparation mattered because it required focus and consistency to get through.

The process also felt a bit uncertain in terms of timing. There was no clear timeline for when I would hear back about whether I advanced to the next stage, which made the waiting part of it annoying.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the main thing I remember is how impersonal the automated format felt compared to a live interviewer, even though the content itself wasn’t brutal.
