I went through a short, four-round interview path that felt pretty manageable end to end.

First there was an HR conversation, then I met a team lead, followed by a director discussion, and finally a VP round. After that, they moved straight into face-to-face salary negotiations.

Overall it didn’t feel especially difficult to me. The process was structured like a clear sequence of stakeholders, and each step felt like a normal continuation rather than an obstacle course. By the time I got to the compensation conversation, I felt like I had a solid picture of what they wanted and where I fit, and the main thing left was aligning on numbers.
