I went through one round of interviews at Altimetrik, and after that the communication completely fell apart.

The HR side never called back, and I couldn’t get any response even when I tried reaching out by phone.

It was frustrating because the round itself didn’t give me a clear end point—there was just silence afterward. My experience mainly became about the lack of follow-through rather than the interview content.

By the time I realized HR wasn’t going to respond, it felt like the process wasn’t handled with basic responsibility. It left a negative impression of the company’s hiring coordination.
