Altimetrik Software Engineer interview experience

The first two rounds were coding-focused, and the emphasis was on core concepts and clean coding rather than memorizing quirks.

In the coding stages, I was tested on topics like an immutable class, streams, collections, and multithreading. Those areas required real understanding to answer and implement rather than guessing.

By the time I reached the end, the difficulty came through clearly in the range of concepts they expected. I felt like it wasn’t a relaxed interview; it was built to confirm depth, and the topics themselves were the kind that can quickly expose gaps.
