Altimetrik Software Engineer interview experience

It lasted about an hour, and the whole session was centered on testing coding ability and how well I understood the Node.js side of the stack. There wasn’t much about process or culture in that round—just direct technical questioning.

I walked away thinking the bar was clear: they were trying to see whether I could write and reason through code using Node.js in a straightforward setting. Still, I didn’t progress to an offer from that point, and I was left with the sense that the interview was very narrow in scope for what turned out to be a multi-step decision.
