My process stretched into multiple rounds, and the whole thing felt like it consumed time without getting me anywhere.

I ended up going through three rounds that were mostly technical internal/client related, with additional HR and manager discussions layered on afterward.

Even though I felt like the interview itself went okay, the decision ultimately came without me moving forward, and the reasoning I received felt dismissive—almost like they were looking for any excuse to stop. By the end, I walked away feeling like the time was wasted because the evaluation didn’t translate into a fair selection decision.
