I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Alten Technology USA with an overall average-to-easy difficulty, usually over 2–4 steps and often ending quickly—though a few experiences soured on scheduling or follow-up.

Recruiter/HR screen — A first call or video chat about my background, motivation, and fit for the project/role.
Hiring manager / scope interview — A discussion of the team and the type of mission, often reviewing my CV and relevant experience.
Technical interview — Mostly resume-aligned technical questions; sometimes a small coding task or focused topic questions.
Client/final touchpoint — In some cases, the conversation continued with a client-side meeting or industry expert to understand day-to-day work.
Offer / next steps — Some people received an offer
