Saint Joseph, MOPosted Mar 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The hiring process felt fairly easy and even a little comfortable.

They brought candidates down the night before and took everyone out to dinner, so the next day started without that usual first-day awkwardness.

The interviews the following day were more like discussions than rapid-fire Q&A. There were six separate interviews, each about forty-five minutes, and they were with senior management. The main thing I heard them emphasize indirectly through how the conversations went was cultural fit rather than a deep focus on past experience.

I ended up with an offer. What I remember most was how much the structure felt geared toward fit and conversation
