My first round was a screening interview after I applied online.

They contacted me really quickly—just a day after my application—and the conversation was efficient. The interviewer said my resume looked good and asked for my transcripts.

The questions were ordinary and didn’t feel overly technical or intense. It left me with a sense that they were quickly verifying basic fit and moving fast.

After the interview, I even followed up by emailing them and noting that they had better options on a certain timeline. The process ultimately didn’t lead to an offer, but the communication and speed of the process were the most noticeable parts.
