My process was pretty compact, starting with a recruiter-style HR conversation.

The HR discussion went through the job requirements and tried to align what I was interested in with the available positions.

After that, I moved into two rounds with the dev team, and there was also a short call with a VP. The dev team rounds focused on my technical skills and whether I could learn concepts quickly, rather than getting lost in obscure details. Overall it felt like they were evaluating both capability and growth potential, and the journey ended without an offer, though the communication at least felt structured.
