My interview started pretty simply and was mostly anchored on my resume and the projects I had done before.

The early rounds were online, and the HR interaction felt flexible and friendly. After that, the process moved into a behavioral-focused discussion, and then there was a final conversation with the hiring manager.

What stood out was how different the interview energy felt across the stages: the HR and early parts were calm, and the behavioral segment was more about how I came across and communicated under a normal interview rhythm. In one of the rounds with multiple leadership roles, I really meshed with one person on the panel, and that ended up being one of the most talkative interviews
