I found the interview itself frustrating and, ultimately, unfair.

In the coding part, the person leading the Java interview was described as having been more of a Python background, and they expected a specific approach to the problem. Even though I solved the coding questions and passed all the test cases, I was rejected because I didn’t use the particular approach the interviewer had in mind.

After rejection, I also tried to ask the HR team for detailed feedback, but they stopped replying even when I reached out repeatedly. The whole experience left me with the sense that the criteria weren’t consistent or transparent.
