Most of what I remember wasn’t the technical side—it was how the HR communication went.

I was genuinely dissatisfied with the experience: HR couldn’t answer my questions, didn’t respond to emails for days, and even booked two separate calls that overlapped into the same time window.

Those kinds of issues felt small individually, but together they spoiled the impression of the company for me. At the same time, I found the IT team members to be well-qualified, and I really enjoyed talking with them.

I didn’t get an offer, and while the technical conversations felt positive, the HR coordination made the process overall feel much worse than it needed to be.
