Everything moved at an extremely slow pace, and the interviews felt oddly basic.

I completed a take-home task that tested very little about actual developer skills, and I didn’t see meaningful depth in what they were evaluating.

After that, they ghosted me and never replied to emails I sent to multiple people from HR. They had promised that even in a negative outcome they would send an email, but that didn’t happen. Overall it felt unprofessional and I left the process with a negative view of how they handled communication.
