AlphaSense Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

New DelhiPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I felt like the interview process was poorly run from the start.

After I gave my time for the interview, HR never followed up, and I repeatedly tried to reach out through emails, calls, and messages.

The pattern was essentially silence—no replies, no updates, just being left hanging after the interview happened. That made the whole thing feel like a waste of effort, especially because there wasn’t even basic communication about what happened next.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the lasting impression was how difficult it was to get any closure or response at all.
