AlphaSense Software Engineer interview experience

What was frustrating came after—once I finished meeting the team, the company never told me their decision, and they stopped replying to my follow-ups.

I kept reaching out even though I’d already invested my time meeting with their team, and the silence made it feel disrespectful. I didn’t get closure on whether it was a rejection or just an extended delay.

In the end, there was no offer, and the biggest takeaway was how important it is to communicate a decision after someone has gone through the full loop.
