Troy, MIPosted Jan 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an evaluation test where they judged how hands-on I was with the tool/software.

That part set the tone—it was clearly about practical familiarity rather than just theory.

After the test, I moved into a panel interview with a design and a CAE manager. We talked through my experience and how I’d handled work in that space. A week later there was a follow-up call focused on how I would fit into their organization, which felt like a final check beyond the technical discussions. Overall, the difficulty came from the combination of the tool test and then the structured panel round afterward.
