Allegion Software Engineer interview experience

First there was a brief phone screen that lasted around five minutes, and then I had a single virtual final round interview that ran about thirty minutes. The whole thing felt light on logistics and the interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to.

The conversation didn’t feel like a long grilling session, and I left the call with a good impression of how they ran it. Because of that tone and the way the rounds were paced, it didn’t feel stressful. I ended up getting an offer, and overall it just felt like a smooth, respectful interview experience rather than a drawn-out test.
