Allegion Software Engineer interview experience

The next day, the shortlisted candidates went through the remaining rounds—technical and HR interviews.

The structure was fairly typical for campus-style recruiting, but it was clear they were filtering progressively. By the time I reached the technical and HR parts, it felt like the interviewers were building on what they learned in the earlier screening.

Even with that organized progression, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the way the rounds were sequenced—aptitude, then group discussion, then technical and HR—left me with a sense of how they narrowed the field.
