My process started with a direct call and interview setup rather than anything that looked like a formal screening.

I had to give an audio call, and if my profile matched what they were looking for, they moved me straight into the interview.

What surprised me was how little time it took before the session happened—only about ten minutes—and it still ended up costing me the whole day because the way they ran it didn’t feel particularly organized or resume-driven. They weren’t really checking my background in a traditional way before the conversation. The experience felt rushed and very direct, and I didn’t get the sense that my application was reviewed carefully prior to the call.
