I went through four rounds that felt planned and organized, and the process matched the fact that Allegion is product-based with interviews shaped around your branch.

Because I was coming from a computer science background, the first round leaned into aptitude along with program logic questions.

After that came a group discussion, then a technical round, and finally an HR round. Each step felt like it built on the previous one, and the structure didn’t feel random. I liked that they kept the conversation aligned with my background rather than making me start from scratch.

I ended up getting an offer. My overall reflection was that the process felt coherent end to end, and that alignment to my branch made it easier to demonstrate what I actually knew.
