San Jose, CAPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was screened for two different roles within engineering through two separate recruiters.

Both recruiters reached out and set me up to speak with the hiring manager for the respective roles. The interviews themselves went through a mix of technical and behavioral questions.

After the hiring manager round, everything went quiet—both recruiters effectively disappeared. I followed up multiple times with at least two messages to each recruiter, and I still didn’t hear back. I didn’t get an offer, and what bothered me most was that I didn’t even get a clean rejection after I had already made it past the first set of interviews.
