I started with an HR interview focused on why I chose the company.

After that conversation, there were several days of waiting, and then HR arranged an onsite interview.

At the onsite, I met both a team manager and a department manager. The discussions mixed general programming problem solving with questions about my work experience and my work attitude. It felt like they were trying to understand not just whether I could solve problems, but how I worked and what I brought to the team.

After a day, HR gave me the offer. Since the whole flow was HR-led and then managerial, it felt less like a long chain of technical screens and more like a direct assessment
