My experience matched a more flexible structure—there were two or three rounds depending on the position.

The first thing everyone had to do was an aptitude test. After that, field knowledge combined with logic-algorithm thinking was how they evaluated me.

The difficulty was described as difficult overall, and the main impression I had was that they cared less about memorizing facts and more about how I reasoned through problems and algorithms.

I ended up getting an offer, and I felt good about it because the evaluation aligned with the kind of logical thinking I enjoy, even though the process wasn’t easy.
